DEAE Persefose XL is a new type of highly cross-linked agarose chromatography resin, which is formed by bonding diethylaminoethyl groups to high-flow agarose gel filtration chromatography resin. A weak anion exchange resin has high flow rate, low back pressure, high dynamic capacity, good chemical stability and mechanical properties, low non-specific adsorption, high recovery rate and convenient scale-up, shortening production time and improving production efficiency. It is widely used in the ion exchange separation of proteins, nucleic acids and polypeptides downstream of biopharmaceuticals and bioengineering.
